7 Refreshing Beverages For Your Next Summer Picnic

If you’re looking for a way to make your summer picnic unique and refreshing, consider getting creative with beverages. Fruits are plentiful during the summer season and your picnic should have at least one of the following drinks on the menu.

1. Strawberry Limeade

Pair limes with strawberries in this non-alcoholic beverage. You’ll need ½ cup lime juice, ⅓ cup sugar (or sugar substitute), ⅓ cup water, ½ lb sliced strawberries, 20-30 mint leaves, and two cups of cold water.

To create the syrup, combine the sugar and water in a saucepan and cook until the sugar has dissolved. Then, combine lime juice, strawberries, mint, water, and the sugar syrup in a pitcher and refrigerate for two to three hours.
