Our corporate event planners want to understand you and your organization. We’ll get together so you can tell us your goals, vision, and any other information. Then we’ll figure out how to make it happen. We already know about all those annoying logistical details that often get overlooked, and we’ll create a road map for all the behind-the-scenes tasks.
Onsite or offsite? Park or beach? What kind of amenities and accommodations do you need? We’ll take care of scouting the ideal spot, securing reservations and permits, and planning the setup. If needed, we can even send an advance team to your site to “squat” and make sure you get the best spot at your park. If your event will be onsite, we’ll work with you to make sure we know exactly what we’ll need to bring.
This is where we take that vision and roadmap and make it something amazing! Our corporate event planners will take care of every tiny detail so you won’t have to—food, themes, activities, and entertainment, all with your company’s goals and culture in mind. We’ll even help you develop a plan to promote and market the event to your staff. And while we do all the heavy lifting, we’ll keep you informed and involved along the way.

Whether it’s onsite or off, we’ll take care of the entire setup, make sure the food is fresh and delicious, and get everyone pumped up and smiling the moment they arrive. We’ll do all the running around throughout your event—conducting smile checks along the way—while you sit back, relax, and enjoy the day with your employees and their families.
We want to see everyone leave with a full belly and great memories. Our event staff will be around all day to answer questions and make sure everyone’s having a blast. Then, we clean up, put everything away, and make sure to leave the area in better shape than when we started. Our lead staff will be there start to finish and even after—we'll listen to your feedback and discuss how the day went so we can make the next event even better!
