Dead Man’s Finger Sandwiches

A great appetizer, these small finger sandwiches are the perfect combination of spooky and delicious. The ingredients include white bread, margarine, cream cheese (or peanut butter), almonds, and strawberry jam.

Begin by gently flattening the slices of bread with a rolling pen and then spread with margarine and cream cheese (or peanut butter). Roll up the bread and use a blunt knife to make three indentations for the finger joints. Trim the ends of the fingers into a “V” shape and place an almond on each tip with some cream cheese to form the nails. Then, add a teaspoon of strawberry jam over the end of the finger.
